General conditions of sale :
1. Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable to our address at 30 days invoice date, without discount.
2. Any invoice not paid by its due date will bear interest of 9% per month of delay until final payment, with a minimum of € 75.00 (or a maximum amount authorized by the Law, the lower amount to be retained), and may be subject to collection at sight.
3. The products remain the property of srl VS Meca until full payment of the purchase price, in accordance with these clauses. Until such payment is received, the Customer must ensure that the items: (i) remain under the exclusive control of the Customer; (ii) are clearly identified as belonging to VS Meca; and (iii) are not incorporated into other products, or transformed in any way.
4. A 40% deposit may be requested when placing the order. We reserve the right to claim additional guarantees, even during the market, if the solvency of the customer seems insufficient. Failure to comply gives us the right to suspend supplies or even cancel the balance of the contract.
5. The general terms and conditions of our customers can only be opposed to us if we have accepted them in written form.
6. Any complaint must be reported to us in written within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
7. Any dispute or difference will remain within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mons.
8. VS Meca srl reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous or current order.
